The customer is not entitled to request a refund after the product or service has been listed on the platform and our services have begun to be provided to them.

We never intervene or mediate in resolving any disputes or issues that may arise between the merchant and the customer.
6.Fund Collection
We do not collect or gather funds from your sales. You are solely responsible for determining how to receive your profits directly from the customer.
